Time Management is not about working harder, or doing more work. It is s about doing less work more efficiently and with greater results.

There is an old saying: “If the first thing you do every morning is eat a live frog, you can go through the day with the satisfaction of knowing that it will probably be the worst thing that is going to happen to you all day long.” The frog in our case is the most important task you should do for the day. It is the task that will make the most difference both today and in the future.
